Hi sir, I have been undergoing treatment for MDR TB and have been regularly taking all prescribed medications as per my doctor's instructions. These include Monopas, Ethio 250, Mycotuf C 250 mg, Levofloxacin, Benadon, Sompraz D, and Clotas EH. My recent chest X ray report shows that the left hilar shadow appears prominent. However, my blood test results are mostly normal, except for an elevated TSH level of 7.080, for which I take one tablet of Thyrox 100 daily. Please let me know what the prominent hilar shadow on the chest X ray might indicate and what steps should be taken next.
